Reaction low

A reaction low is a series of lowering troughs that form a downtrend. (Reaction highs are the high points in the trough pattern forming a resistance line.)

The lowest points of the troughs (the reaction lows) form the support line where the upper points of the troughs (the reaction highs) form the resistance line. Together they can create a trend pattern defining a resistance and a support line or channel.
